Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse Luncheon

This month, in our own private room, we will experience the food of the gaucho culture, a rich blend of traditions of European immigrants and Brazilian natives.
We'll start at the Market Table and Feijoada Bar with seasonal salads, exotic vegetables, imported cheeses, smoked salmon, cured meats, soups including feijoada (black bean stew with sausage), and more. Then we make an individual selection from fire-roasted meats including Picanha, Alcatra, Fraldinha, Chicken Legs, Pork Loin, Pork Ribs, and Sausage. If that's not enough, we'll be served Brazilian sides family style, such as cheese bread, polenta, mashed potatoes, and caramelized bananas. Coffee and tea are included.
We can return to the Market Table as often as we wish; and if too full, the one pound meat selection can be taken home. They have a full bar, payable by individual check, including a delicious non-alcoholic fruit drink called a Paradise Spritz!
This meal is an amazing experience, and with tax and tip included, a real bargain. Hope to see you there.
