Canceling Your Registration for an Event

  1. Allow members on the waitlist to be able to attend the event.
  2. Enable hosts and/or restaurants to prepare for the correct number of participants.
  3. Receive a website credit when canceling an event with an associated cost on or before the prescribed cancellation deadline.  Members will be given website credit to apply to another registration.
Method 1:  Online cancellation 
  • Go to the calendar description of the event
  • Click "Already registered" at the bottom left of the screen
  • A new screen will open. Look for a BLACK BUTTON at the bottom right of the screen. You do not need to contact an administrator.
  • Click "Cancel registration" - BLACK BUTTON at the bottom right of the screen
  • A message will pop up asking if you are sure you want to cancel.  Note:  All associated cost will be credited to your website account.  You do not need to contact an administrator.  Select "Cancel registration"
  • A final screen will let you know that your registration has been canceled successfully.
  • You will receive a cancellation email and the Activity Chair will be notified automatically.

Method 2:  To Cancel After the Cancellation Deadline -- Contact the Activity Chair of the Event

  • Contact the chair of the event using the information is included in the calendar description and confirmation email.
