May is Culinary month in Greater Phoenix. As it happens, end of May marks the
semester end at Arizona Culinary Institute. What better time to test the mettle of the
class of 2020. The best explanation of what we can expect is contained in the ACI
Mission Statement. “Our founding principles are traditional, proven French Method
cooking skills combined with the best of modern techniques.” Please join us for a dining
experience which you will want to repeat.

Orders will be taken by the wait staff on the day of the luncheon

Cancellations after the deadline and no-shows will not receive a refund.
Cancellations received on or before Monday May 18th, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. will receive a credit to Club account which can be used to pay for any future online paid activity.
