Program - Arizona Culinary Institute
May is Culinary month in Greater Phoenix. As it happens, end of May marks the
semester end at Arizona Culinary Institute. What better time to test the mettle of the
class of 2019. The best explanation of what we can expect is contained in the ACI
Mission Statement. “Our founding principles are traditional, proven French Method
cooking skills combined with the best of modern techniques.” Please join us for a dining
experience which you will want to repeat.

ICM, Interfaith Cooperative Ministries, provides services by volunteers with emphasis on hope and dignity for the individual, while helping the very poor be fed and clothed. ICM encourages self sufficiency with specific assurance and education.
