The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Phoenix
What better way to celebrate Arizona Restaurant Week than to dine in Gallery Cafe at the International Culinary School. Here is the place it all begins!
Graduating chefs learn the skills of running a successful restaurant the hands-on way, and we have the opportunity to test their mettle! Included in their course is the art of menu planning, food purchasing, meal prep, and service. Our timing is great as it is close to the semester end, and our chefs and waiters should be nicely seasoned!

Galley Cafe sets menus one week in advance, so sign up early and pay, as space is limited, and we promise you a great selection online the week before our reservation. You will choose one appetizer from three options, an entree from three options, dessert, coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
