Terms of Membership
To become a Member of Newcomers & Neighbors of the Scottsdale Area, you acknowledge and agree that:
Newcomers & Neighbors of the Scottsdale Area, including its officers, chairpersons and hosts, shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may result from participation of member, spouse or guest in any Newcomers & Neighbors activities or events or travel to or from any such activities or events. Photographs and/or videos of members, spouses/partners, and guests may be taken at these activities and events and may be used to publicize Newcomers & Neighbors of the Scottsdale Area.
Our club directory is confidential and used for club purposes only. It is not to be used to solicit business and should be used for personal use only. We ask that this information not be used in any way to promote, network, solicit, or advertise a member’s business, or the business of family or friends for personal advantage or financial gain; and that Members and/or guests of the Club not engage in any type of solicitation at any Club sponsored event, or in any Club publication, or via email and other media.
