Presented by Dr. Jason Marino, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Founder of Well Street Physical Therapy and Wellness
Dr. Marino will enlighten us on how our bodies change as we get older and how we can maintain more of our youthful vim and vigor. Learn how we can prevent and/or manage those “impairments” that often limit mobility and affect our quality of life. Dr. Marino is a long-time practitioner and a crusader for healthy aging and has presented to numerous groups around the City.

Charity Raffle
Arizona StandDown is an alliance of community-based organizations that come together to provide services and resources to the State's homeless and at-risk military veterans. A raffle will be held at the February luncheon and the donations will be given to the Valley of the Sun United Way.
